Terms of Booking and Deposit
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Morocco tours. Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund. Clear terms for a worry-free booking.
Terms of Payment
A 20% deposit is required at the booking of the Tour, the balance is due at least 2 weeks before you arrive to Morocco, or at the beginning of the Tour. You can send us a wire transfer to our bank account either in Morocco or in the US – we will provide the details depending on the easier method for you.
You can also pay the balance upon arrival to Morocco – Pay Pal – by cash in US Dollars, Euros or MAD.
We also accept payment by almost all credit cards – with an extra fee of 5%. Sorry, but we do not accept
( American Express.)
Terms of Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your Trip – Tour, we must receive a written confirmation of this via e-mail.
We accept Cancellations according to the followings conditions:
5 Months or more before starting your tour : 100 % refundable
3 months : 50% refund
1 Three Weeks or less : not refundable

Many clients about the cost of our tours and though we have put some guiding prices on the site, the final answer depends on each guest’s choice. At Fantastic On Tours. you’re receiving a unique and customized experience no matter which tour you choose, so pricing is also custom. Our goal is to make the best price which suits the pleasures and pocket of every visitor, after all, you deserve a vacation that’s just for you.
Terms of Travel Insurance
The travel insurance is required in your travels to Morocco to be used at any case of Emergency, so you can buy it and bring a copy of the document, as the travel insurance must cover trip Cancellation and interup, for an accident can happen or any emergencies situations.
Do I need to apply for a visa ?
Many nationalities can obtain a visa upon arrival in Morocco. However, check the website of the Moroccan Consulate to be sure entry-visa-morocco
